Bela\u2019Che Party Rental<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Reservations and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • To confirm an income, a\u00a050% deposit of the total<\/strong>, which ensures availability of furniture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The\u00a0remaining balance<\/strong>\u00a0must be paid\u00a0the day of the event<\/strong>, before delivery or installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reservations must be made\u00a0at least a week in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Payment methods<\/strong> what we accept:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Zelle<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • PayPal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bank transfer<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cash<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      3. Delivery and Collection<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • We offer service\u00a0delivery and collection<\/strong>, con\u00a0additional cost<\/strong>\u00a0dependiendo de la distancia y ubicaci\u00f3n del evento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The client must ensure that the area is\u00a0ready and free of obstacles<\/strong>\u00a0for installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • We do not move existing furniture<\/strong>\u00a0of the place.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Rental Duration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • The rent covers\u00a01 day (24 hours)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • If you wish to extend the time, you must request it in advance and will have\u00a0un costo adicional<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          5. Damage Deposit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • It requires a\u00a0additional refundable deposit<\/strong>\u00a0as a guarantee for possible damages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • The client is responsible for any damage, loss, excessive dirt or misuse of the furniture during the rental.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • If furniture is returned dirty or wet, an additional cleaning charge will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            6. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            • The deposit is not returned under any conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Date changes are subject to availability and must be notified with at least\u00a072 hours in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              7. Use of Furniture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              • Bela\u2019Che Party Rental furniture should be used only for decorative and event purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Its use is not permitted under extreme weather conditions or without adequate protection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The client\u00a0you should not move or alter furniture.<\/strong>\u00a0after installed without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                8. Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • Bela\u2019Che Party Rental\u00a0is not responsible for accidents or injuries<\/strong>\u00a0that occur during the use of the rented furniture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • By making any payment or reservation, the client accepts all these terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
