Bela’Che Party Rental
1. Reservations and Payments
- To confirm an income, a 50% deposit of the total, which ensures availability of furniture.
- The remaining balance must be paid the day of the event, before delivery or installation.
- Reservations must be made at least a week in advance.
2. Payment methods what we accept:
- Zelle
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Cash
3. Delivery and Collection
- We offer service delivery and collection, con additional cost dependiendo de la distancia y ubicación del evento.
- The client must ensure that the area is ready and free of obstacles for installation.
- We do not move existing furniture of the place.
4. Rental Duration
- The rent covers 1 day (24 hours).
- If you wish to extend the time, you must request it in advance and will have un costo adicional.
5. Damage Deposit
- It requires a additional refundable deposit as a guarantee for possible damages.
- The client is responsible for any damage, loss, excessive dirt or misuse of the furniture during the rental.
- If furniture is returned dirty or wet, an additional cleaning charge will apply.
6. Cancellation Policy
- The deposit is not returned under any conditions.
- Date changes are subject to availability and must be notified with at least 72 hours in advance.
7. Use of Furniture
- Bela’Che Party Rental furniture should be used only for decorative and event purposes.
- Its use is not permitted under extreme weather conditions or without adequate protection.
- The client you should not move or alter furniture. after installed without authorization.
8. Responsibility
- Bela’Che Party Rental is not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the use of the rented furniture.
- By making any payment or reservation, the client accepts all these terms.
