WHAT IS THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
To maintain an organized and fair experience for all participating decorators, the program has the following rules and conditions:
1. Compatibility with other offers
The benefits of the Bela’Che Loyalty Program cannot be combined with promotions or special offers launched for regular customers.
2. Availability of free furniture
The furniture offered as a reward for reaching certain levels within the program will always be subject to availability on the date of the event.
3. Delivery conditions
If the event location is more than 1 hour away, an additional delivery charge will apply.
The free delivery benefit only covers locations that are up to 45 minutes away.
4. Appointments and visits
If you wish to visit our location to view the furniture or hold a meeting by phone or video call, you must plan at least 1 week in advance to reserve that space in the schedule.
5. Minimum activity
To remain active within the program and within the established levels, a minimum of 1 event per month is required.
6. Monthly level assessment
It is not necessary to maintain the same level for several consecutive months.
The level is evaluated monthly.
For example:
If you reach the Gold level in one month, you will receive the benefits corresponding to that level.
If you reach Platinum level the following month, you will receive the benefits of that level.
7. Activation of benefits
To maintain better control of the program, the benefits achieved during one month will be applied in the following month.
This allows us to assess the level achieved and properly organize the benefits that correspond to each allied decorator.
8. Responsibility and care of the furniture
The decorator is responsible for the care of all rented furniture.
Not allowed:
– Avoid using chemicals or glues that could damage the furniture
– Exposing furniture to water or rain
– Make modifications that affect its status
In case of damage, an additional charge will apply for repair or replacement.
Taking care of the furniture is essential to continue offering quality pieces for all events.

Special Gold Level Benefit
For decorators who do 3 to 4 rentals per month:
In the fourth payment of the month you can choose:
* 1 piece of furniture available for the date of your event, paying only 50% of the furniture's value.
In addition, the discount corresponding to your level within the program is maintained.
